The dominant color of this quilt is blue because it represents loneliness. We all go through those times when we feel all alone. Thank goodness it is usually temporary.
The quilt block is a crazy log cabin with an African queen featured in the center block. To me red symbolizes our crying eyes when we are lonely. Queen of Nobody is machine pieced and quilted. There is a hanging sleeve on the back for easy display and a label that documents the quilt.
This quilt is one-of-a kind and sort of a companion piece to Queen of Everything which has been sold. Queen of Nobody is offered for sale for $500.00 in my studio store.
