I love books. I love living with books. Books make me happy. For me books and quilts go together like peanut butter and jelly, or wine and cheese, or surf and turf, -- well you get the idea.

Rainy days are the best for a book lover like me. Since rain has been in the forecast for several days, I curled up with Stacey Abrams new book While Justice Sleeps. I enjoy political thrillers.

Best of all, now that I am into audio books, I can multi-task. I listen to the book while I hand quilt on my screened porch with the soothing sound of rain drops on the roof. Does life get any better?
