Media Alert! Atlanta Quilter Dawn Boyd Featured in American Craft Magazine

Imagine my surprise while browsing the new issue of American Craft magazine, I saw my own name!! Atlanta quilter Dawn Boyd was featured, and she included me as one of her favorite quilters. She also mentioned the Atlanta Quilt Festival. Blessings can come in unexpected ways. I am grateful.

As for Dawn, I have loved her unique cloth paintings from day one even though I could never personally tackle her subject matter. She has a unique voice. I am lucky to own one of her early cloth paintings that was part of her series of quilts featuring children. It hangs in a place of honor in my studio.
