Happy Independence Week! What a great time to share some of my rarely seen red and white quilts that have an independent streak.
My quilts tend to have subtle messages of how to live a joyful and abundant life. After reviewing my red and white collection, the theme of being an independent woman definitely runs through.
Be Kind Kawandi definitely communicates independence. Independence means you are never afraid of “the other”. You embrace the beauty of diversity with kindness. Kawandi quilts are made by women of African descent in India.
Enjoy! Tell me what you think.
