When one of your best work friends retires, you simply must send her home with a quilt! I recently had the joy of gifting my friend and former co-worker, Benita Ransom, a quilt as she stepped into her new chapter of life. Benita served as the Human Resources Director of DeKalb County, GA, and her dedication and warmth will surely be missed.

The quilt, titled Stars Over the Allure of the Seas, holds a special place in my heart. I began creating it during a Royal Caribbean cruise hosted by Stitchin Heaven quilt shop. The vibrant colors and intricate patterns reflect the joy and adventure of our shared experiences. I truly hope she loves it! 🛳️
