Jazz Festival Backup Singers

The annual jazz festival in Piedmont Park is a longstanding Atlanta tradition to kick off summer. The ladies in this quilt are so hot I just knew they were sweating in the park getting their groove on.
 
It is pieced, appliquéd and quilted by machine. Crystal embellishments add bling to the outfits and appliquéd words carry out the theme of the quilt.
 
There is a hanging sleeve on the back and a label that documents the quilt. I signed it on the front.
