College football season is underway and that makes me happy. I love football, and I am a fan of several teams in addition to my alma maters University of Arkansas at Fayetteville Razorbacks and the Vanderbilt Commodores. I also cheer for the University of Pittsburgh Panthers where my daughter India graduated from and the University of Georgia Bulldogs because Georgia is my adopted home state.
Beyond the excitement of a great game, I love the life lessons that sports can teach us. Learning to win and learning to lose are valuable lessons.
