Women must rule the world whether it is on the front lines or behind every great man. We must take care of ourselves. We must make it a priority to take care of ourselves. We must be diligent about taking care of ourselves. How can you take care of everyone else if you are not functioning at peak capacity?
I showed up for my mammogram this week. I hate it, but I showed up because I know it is important. Gratefully, I have never been diagnosed with breast cancer, and I received an excellent report. Now I can confidently continue saving the world.
