The Clayton County Convention and Visitors Bureau is hosting an exhibit entitled Stitching Our Story during Black History Month. Although small, the exhibit is worth of your time.

I am proud to have two quilts in the exhibit: Celebrating Freedom Fearlessly and Jazz Festival Backup Singers. Both quilts are listed for sale in my studio store.

The VIP opening reception for the exhibit was like a happy family reunion. There was food, swag bags, quilts and friendship.

I hope you will make time to view the exhibit. You will not be disappointed if you love quilt stories.
Here are some scenes from the opening reception.
P.S. Please follow me on Substack for more frequent updates about my quilts and the African American quilting community at large at ovspeaksquilts.substack.com. Thanks! 🙏🏽
