Potion to Cure Racism Returns Home from National Quilt Museum

Potion to Cure Racism, 45 X 53 inch hand quilted art quilt by O.V. Brantley, 2021.

My quilt “Potion to Cure Racism” has returned home. She exhibited at the @nationalquiltmuseum in Paducah Kentucky from October - February. She was inspired by my fond memories of growing up with root ladies in southern Arkansas. Root ladies could go out in the woods and return with a potion to fix whatever was going wrong in your life including a wandering husband. Why not racism?! 😂Thank you @nationalquiltmuseum for sharing my quilt with the world. 🧙🏾‍♀️
