The Quilt Market at the Opening Reception of the Atlanta Quilt Festival is always a great place to shop. I purchased some hand dyes by Marquetta Johnson and some red African fabric.
However my most prized purchase is a work of original art by Lauren Lacy.
I also came home with a new studio mate by Jan Hollins, an Adinkra stamp by Hank Herring and greeting cards by Aisha Lumumba.
It was a good shopping day.
